"Common to S Fl, this a border line neighborhood, and so it attracts a mixed crowd from the surrounding areas. After 7 years of experience I can attest to it being litteraly the best managed property I've ever stayed at. Nancy is amazing and is extremely fair with anyone who is a reasonable tenant. I can't know every situation but anyone leaving complaints must be not paying for awhile or breaking the law (not tolerated).
