"Worst place I've lived! never rent here! COCKROACHES ARE EVERYWHERE AND ADMINISTRATION DOES NOTHING ABOUT IT. Everywhere is dirty. The gate never works. every week at 8 am they start cutting the grass. I repeat once again this is the worst place to live. in my apartment there were about 200 cockroaches. I moved out early because they don't fix the cockroach problem and they want me to pay them about $2000 for it. Only one who works there is Jorge. he needs to be made a manager there and then something can change, everyone else doesn’t give a damn about you!"

"I was a resident and fortunately I found a very nice apartment in Bay Harbor Islands, a wonderful and safe neighborhood. Twice somebody was trying to broke my door to still from me. Roaches in everywhere, elevator broken all of the time, noise, people fighting, police going all of the time. The gate broken and dark, trash in everywhere. I have my parking and I paid for that and constantly other people were taking it so I need to call all of the time the towing truck. The price high and now is ridiculous. I am very happy to left. I do not recommend this place for anybody if is decent and clean. Is this info sounds familiar to you?"

"Management is neglectful, the place is overrun by trespassers, people use property for criminal activity, it is unsafe for children and adults alike. Trash covers the whole community. Broken pools, broken fences, broken gates. Management shows no interest in fixing anything that breaks. Residents need to call the Police on a regular basis. Avesta is awful! The beautiful community of the past has been destroyed by Avesta Management. Awful and irresponsible!"

"They sent out this email trying to get fake good reviews. Truth is the lady Hailey in the front office is very very rude and unhelpful after you move in. Haven’t had any issues with other staff. Pool has been broken the entirety of me staying here. Elevator is always broken. Had to take the stairs after having surgery. There is always dog feces everywhere including the elevator. They threaten to charge everyone for this instead of just getting cameras and figuring out who it is. After everything is included like the trash fee and all the other fees they charge you rent goes up considerably. For what we pay here we could’ve gotten something way nicer somewhere else for the same price."

"This apartment complex is OVER PRICED. Not worth the money at all. Neighbors leave trash and junk mail in the lobby and elevator instead of throwing it in the garbage. Elevator is very slow, and broken sometimes. I actually got stuck inside and the fire department had to come pry the doors open so I could get out. I was paying 1392 for a one bedroom and they didn’t even give me new carpet and had THE NERVE to charge me for a “carpet clean” when I moved out. The carpet was so dirty when I moved in I demanded that they at least get it cleaned for me which didn’t do much help because it is old. Residents leave dog feces all over. The gate is always broken. The walk through gate was broke for months right after it was installed and even when they did fix it, it doesn’t close all the way after people walk inside. To pay rent there is a mandatory extra 3.95 per month that is added. You can’t get around it either by bringing in a money order because they only take rent payments online. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. This place isn’t worth the money AT ALL."
