"Apartment hunting can be exhausting and you never know who or what you will see once you arrive. The internet paints a beautiful picture of the apartment inside and out. But seeing it with your own eyes tells the true story. Biscayne Gardens rates a 10, the internet pictures area exact to tea. Daryl Mayfield, the property manager is absolutely amazing. He took the time to explain in detail the rent and additional a la carte (electricity, water, and sewer) expenses. His energy, patience, kindness and excellent customer service was beyond my expectations. Thank you Daryl for making my apartment hunting pleasant!!"

"Had a horrible experience living here. The property manager Daryl unprofessional and just forwards your calls when he doesn’t want to fix the issues in the unit. They have a severe A/c issue in this complex and they take 5-8 business days just to have someone take a look. This apartment complex is filled with ants & roaches. The owner of the complex doesn’t care about its tenets just cares to collect rent. They are real sweet and nice when you move in and then become somebody else once you’re living there. This is the projects in the middle of north Miami. That’s exactly what it felt like living here. RUNNNNN from this place."
