It is also extremely affordable when you consider miami prices. The staff and the front desk are very helpful and nice. I have made a safe home in 25 Biscayne Park and plan on staying here for awhile."

"Omg their AC is broken again ! And they can’t fix it for a week now and can’t figure it out ! The whole building is destroyed like it’s some apocalypsisc.. people have been suffering in this horrible heat without any AC ! It is an emergency situation and the management was supposed to take care about people - provide them housing , staying inside in these extremely hot temperatures is really dangerous for kids , elderly people, animals, people with chronical conditions .. like how hard it must be to fix an AC !! They have a bunch of useless people there who have no idea what they are doing since they can’t solve it for so many days .. find someone who can ! This building management must be punished for making people suffer and endangering their lives !"
