"Absolutely horrid neighborhood. My mom just recently made the smartest decision to leave. Each time I visited her and she had an issue such as mold the manager Rocksana would try to place the blame on her for having her window open for fresh air and told her she would be responsible and have to pay for it herself. Rocksana also keeps herself locked in the office. So obviously this is not a safe neighborhood.Some homeless sleep in the pool area often and the grounds are horribly unmaintained. Many families have their yards filled with eyesoring toys and junk and candy wrappers that are never cleaned up. Unhealthy environment. Stay away trust me. I wouldn't have given this a one star rating but I had to to get this message out there if I could have gotten a zero star that what this community deserves"

"This place should be called Royal Mold, not Royal Oaks, and the terrible management is the worst thing about this place. Long story short, we moved in, found out about major mold in the island in the kitchen, and moved out for 2 weeks till they fixed the problem. Not long after, the roof collapsed major flood in the unit, and we needed to move out again for a few weeks for mold remediation. It was very difficult to live in a hotel with a baby, and a dog, my husband working from home, and me a full-time student. Moreover, after we thought that all this ordeal was over, and we finally started settling in, we received a non-release notice, so basically, they kicked us out, not taking into consideration what we went through, me being pregnant and the house market being horrible at the time. When my husband went to ask for the reason for the non-releasing, Roxana told him that it was just business. The management is not interested in fixing the problems, they want tenants that don't complain, like the family who lived before us in mold for 5 years. So if you care for your family stay away from this place."

"Nightmare!!! Run away from this place do not walk. The grounds are horrible and always filthy with garbage everywhere. Young children are unattended outside in the roads everyday very dangerous situation. I subletted a room from a friend for a few months and I ran out of there as fast as I could do the lack of care by this management Danielle and Roxanne are so incompassionate and treat you like you don't know anything I am glad I left. Trust me this communitu is horrible."

"First of all I am in total love with this neighborhood. If you have children it is absolutely amazing as they are able to be out and play in a safe gated community. The property manager, her name is Anna and she is undeniably amazing at her job. We have lived here through two previous property managers that didn’t hold a candle to the things she gets done and accomplished. Louis who is our maintenance man Does everything and anything you ask him to do normally the first day you put in your request. This place has been nothing but a pleasure to live in besides a review for m does everything and anything you ask him to do normally the first day you put in your request. "I've lived at Royal Oaks for the last 7 months. The new manager Ana is terrific and responsive. She works closely with Louis the maintenance manager and together they make a wonderful team. Any Concerns or maintenance requests are handled immediately. This has been a terrific place .to live and these two people make it Super!"
