Individual applicants must have a minimum annual income of $37,000 and a credit score of 680. Married couples must have a combined minimum income of $43,000, with one applicant meeting the 680 credit score requirement. Proof of marriage will be required.
Maintenance and repair costs for the washer and dryer are the responsibility of the tenant. Tours are self-guided and do not require an appointment, so feel free to stop by the office Monday through Thursday between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
Applications are valid for one month upon screening the applicant, and the lease signing must be completed before the application expires. Apartments are first come, first served, with no reservations being held.
To apply, submit a completed application, a color photocopy of your driver's license, the last three paystubs (or the most current tax return if pay stubs are not provided), and a money order to cover the application fee.
Monthly rent includes water, sewer, basic cable, and pest control. Currently, online applications are not available, but the institution is working to provide this option soon.

"Was a great senior place to live then but now. *Roaches, *Mold, *Mildew, and one or two rats, there is a leak in the lobby by mailroom (photo is from 2016 but ) leaking is still there . every week or two,one of the elevators is broken, ( in#3 building the main elevator was out of service for around 3 years or more; elevator was replaced ) the construction to fix / repair exterior/ interior walls in the building #2 are being done with tenants breathing "the dust" ( no isolation is place to protect /prevent the contamination) and residents are living with that and the polluting noise 8am-4:30pm for months. The appliances are from the time the building was constructed (maybe few have been replaced no for old tenants who get one from an empty apartment), certainly those are not energy efficient and if the 15 years old washer/dryer machine breaks you're responsible for the repairs costs by your lease agreement. unfortunately the city maintenance is very poor and may say careless - Those pictures: the scaffolding was lifted in the bedroom window of apartments with tenants still living in, it violates the fire department law. adding: Floor halls carpets were supposed to be replaced from 2019- 2021 but building #2 , on 2nd,3rd,4th floor carpets are still on no replacement. Endless list complaints but if you can't afford anything better **My previous review was 'friendly' "asked" to be removed or - " we won't renew your lease"....**"
"clean area, spacious restrooms, small living room area but overall, large enough for 3 adults + visitors, or room for a large chair and a sofa. No pets allowed though, which is a bummer.."

"Management verbally and psicologically abuse tenants. Expressions like if you don't like it move, if you keep complaining won't renew your lease Keep raising rent even though they have in the budget for the Covid won't increase rent. Takes years to finish projects. It was a seniors place when my mother moved there now they're trying to increase her rent if she wants to fix carpet. They want in her new lease to be responsible for all the old outdated equipment she has in her apartment."
