Pet owners will also need to pay a non-refundable pet fee of $400 per pet, as well as a monthly pet rent of $25.

The people who live in the community are very friendly and helpful. There are a little events which I really appreciate. Everyone in the office is friendly helpful and get things done right away."
"To be so concerned about keeping the property clean, but too silly to realize that doormats keep the outside dirt from entering inside the home when the wind blows… in Florida. There are so many things wrong with this place since the new property manager came on, but residents aren’t allowed such a normal thing as doormats! Fix the laundry room machines! Fix the elevator! Leaving down the stairs every week for work with 100lbs of luggage is inconvenient. Fix the elevator! Fix the raggedy sliding glass doors that disturb entire blocks of other units! Fix the gate, or get rid of them! Doormats are the least of this property’s problems. 3.1 rating isn’t from my experiences alone. ❤️"

"My family and eyes experience has been pretty decent here. Our apartment was given to us clean, and we haven’t had any major issues during this year of being a resident, however, I’ll say the few complaints we do have is that the laundry room? Washer and dryer are never guaranteed to work it is more of like a gamble, The elevator is constantly breaking down, and sometimes won’t be fixed for days. This is not Good for elderly residence, The elevators are also often times very dirty, and they stink Sometimes my partner and And I clean the one in our building, Ourselves because it’s just gross, There is valet trash, but some residents preferred to take their own down the stairs when the elevator doesn’t work, and it ends up, leaving food all down the stairs, The stairs also have multiple lights out in which I have witnessed people almost fall down them while walking when it’s dark. These are my only main concerns, The office staff is always very nice and willing to help with any and every request I have had since living here, Our building is pretty quiet, and everyone is respectful."
"DO NOT LIVE HERE !!! Attached are photos for your reference. Moved in with my family about a year ago. Property managers sold me the apartment prematurely and it looked nothing like the model they showed me when I visited. First day of move in, I knew I made a huge mistake. My daughters room had a massive roof leak that couldn't be fixed no matter how many request I submitted to maintenance. Literally the whole year has gone by and my daughter needed a bucket for it. Not including another window leak in my bedroom which was massive as well. I asked the property manager what they can do to fix or accommodate the situation and they said unfortunately nothing. Literally like that. They keep marking the request I keep submitting completed without seeing if they actually fixed it or not. Submitted 7 work orders already for each leak. Elevators keep getting stuck. The trash service people always drag the trash through the hallways and elevators floors and leave some behind at times so please be aware. The buildings are old and the air circulating through the vents here WILL get you sick. They have pest control come by once a month to get rid of the roaches and bugs so they don't come back but they do. Maintenance also has a key to everyones apartment so they will knock twice and come right in. I had my car also registered here but yet it was still towed once as well. I told them they made a mistake and showed them the proof after having to pay $200 to get it back, they said there is nothing they can do at this point. After already paying the $70 registration fee. That's my family experience at Lake Legacy Vista. I'm sure there's more but I'm too lazy to write anything else. You're welcome."
