Mayer is an absolute pleasure to work with and is vey attentive and caring individual (give this man a raise). The building itself is very nice, modern and brand new with excellent grounds and state of the art facilities. The apartment complex is a good mix of friendly people/families. The location is great, close to shopping, interstates and the airport. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to live in a good community, great value for the money and excellent management."

"Completely fell in love with the 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment! The floor to ceiling windows were lovely and the location is perfect, I see SUNDOWN every evening! The pool is nice with alot of seating, can't wait to grill. I have taken advantage of the bikes that are available for residents. Used them to go to beach, 15 min bike ride. Freakin loved it!!. Resident business center is AWESOME. Ideal for video conference calls, Oasis provide coffee in the morning! Sometimes breakfasts! Glad to see the boating is now available! Will Oasis offer any services? I rarely use my car. Osias Point at is extremely walkable, name A store it is walkable! So far so good, ook forward to meeting more of the community! THE KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM SO VERY VERY COOL!!"
