"Don't jeopardize your health or your sanity by moving into this community. Property manager (Anacelis) is usually non responsive, or if she does decide to reply you, she's usually rude and unprofessional. Units are full of mold and not properly maintained. They literally paint over mold, and the outdated ac units and appliances make it impossible to keep a decent electric bill. Service calls take forever to get handled and once they decide to deal with it, they just randomly show up without notice. Even then, things are just patched up instead of being properly fixed or replaced. The apartment sizes are nice and with proper upkeep, maintenance and respectful staff that actually care about the tenants, the community would be much better."

"This place is absolutely horrible. When you want to move in they have no problem at all getting back to you, as soon as they got your money and you’re in you will not hear from them. Try going to the office during office hours ? They keep the door locked and hide in the back they will not open the door. Units are INFESTED WITH ROACHES INFESTED!!!!!! They do not care. I had to spend over $100 of pest control products because guess what the “pest control” they have supposedly every month, does not come. There is mold in the units, they do not care. My dryer never worked from the day I moved in, they did not get fixed for me although I mentioned it to them over 5 times. I have been waiting for my security deposit back for OVER a month , no way to reach Anna. The one time someone did answer and I asked to speak with her, the lady said she was busy that was a lie she has just been avoiding me, the lady then just hung up on me. This place is always full of police, there were police with rifles searching everyone’s car as you come in last week. They have zero customer service skills. Do not move here!!!! You have been warned!!!"

"Please do not rent this place. There is plenty of mold. The management is very horrible. They are rude they do not respond to emails. This place is full of mold, and roaches, my apartment need repairs that they have not come to do. They have started repairs and not finished so I am living in an apartment with an open wall that is showing plenty of mold. The roach issue is out of control and management does not care to fix things. If you are one day late on the rent they add 150 dollar late fee and maintenance just comes into your home without permission opening the doors to your property. NOT SAFE and a huge health hazard with the mold. Very disgusting. I give zero starts actually if that is possible. Parking is also horrible there is never anywhere to park and they tow residents cars. Currently my apartment."

"As a renter, my unit is nice and well maintained. However, the association here is terrible. There is absolutely no communication and when there is, it is riddled with typos and threats to tow our vehicles. The pool was closed for an entire year. The front gate is not functional and their reason is that they do not want to pay associated costs. Parking for guests is limited to two cars after 10 pm (no exceptions). Parking company comes only to leave green stickers on cars and leaves. The only “security” here is someone who watches the dumpster to make sure residents throw away trash properly. However, no one is here on weekends so the trash piles up by Sunday night. Association has enabled towing. No assigned resident parking so you may park far from your unit. Parking costs are now yearly due to ONCALL PARKING’s terrible service. I was never even notified of the new charge implemented with their service, so I received a late fee (even before my grace period ended). When I expressed my security concerns as we do not have a gate or surveillance service, I was told that as a renter, I don’t get to express my concerns. The property manager was rude, unhelpful, and doesn’t reply to emails. Instead of addressing my concerns as a renter, she stopped replying. I have been waiting on my monthly extermination for 5 months. Prior to her arrival, the property manager was kind and helpful. Avoid if possible until competent management is hired."

"I did not want to live in a place like this. They use guest parking as a way to make money. They actually get a cut from the company that tows your car and they make you "register" your car on a website that is down a lot. I have had my car towed there twice one was not my fault and they lady at the office just screams at you that you didn't read the email that I don't get because I am not an owner and we don't get those emails. The place overcharges, the mold problem is over a year and still there. There is trapped air in the lines from the bathrooms and it sounds like a scene from Jurassic park when the roar vibrates around the place. The ground keepers aren't friendly and walking a block or two to throw the garbage away really sucks. UPDATE 11/24/18 The place is a bit better now I guess since they got rid of that she devil that worked in the office. Also the new security woman is actually nice and says hello. Also the biggest thing I have seen it the insane amounts of idiots that live here. If just one jackass leaves a garbage bag outside of the dumpsters every other idiot assumes the compactor is full and this happens. And it's not the first time."
