"I dropped by the leasing office at around 2PM in the middle of the week and even though there were a lot of agents in the office, I was told I needed to make an appointment. I explained I currently live in Miami and it’s a little far but I was available all day if they could squeeze me in for a quick showing. She said they had availability on for a showing on Friday. - No wonder there is so many apartments available in this building if they can’t be more accommodating. No problem, I signed a lease somewhere else."

"I’ve absolutely loved my time living at Pearl Flagler Village. It is a fabulous location, has top-notch amenities, and the leasing and maintenance team respond in a timely manner. Jeana, the leasing agent, always answered every question and helped tremendously. I have no complaints and would recommend this apartment complex."

"After living at various apartments throughout Boca, Fort Lauderdale and Miami, I can't say enough about the team at Pearl Flagler Village – they are exceptionally caring and positive! From day one, the leasing office team has been incredibly attentive to our needs, making the entire living experience enjoyable. The maintenance team addresses and resolves service requests within 24 hours with no follow up issues. The PFV team’s genuine concern for residents truly sets them apart. Kudos to a team that understands the true meaning of excellent customer service! The apartments are modern with nice finishes and the amenities offered are beautiful and well maintained."

"This place is deteriorating rapidly and nobody is doing anything about it, after over a year of complaints to management. Grills aren’t working, broken “artwork” laying on the floor of common space, broken treadmills in the gym. Floors are leaking for 2 years, management doesn’t care. Packages getting lost after being forced (mandatory, no opting out) to pay $25 extra per month to some random package service company. For this premium price, plenty of better choices around the block."

"I cannot recommend the Pearl Flagler Village. We leased a two bedroom ground floor unit for two years, from July 20 to July 22 and broke the lease to move into a house we purchased. During the two year lease there was a fire, our dog was attacked, homeless were found in the stairwell, a friend’s car was stolen from the garage, and those events are only some of the highlights. In response to package theft, management imposed a delivery service at $80 a month to solve the problem, which was in addition to about $40 in other fees on top of the base rent price. The “amenities” were mostly unusable. After finding urine in the gym twice, that was enough to join an offsite gym. At the pool, we had to bring a hamper of towels because the cushions were so filthy. On weekends it could be difficult to get a seat because of the unenforced guest policy; so we rarely went. At best, one grill was in working order. If you take a guided tour, you’ll notice the carpets in the halls are filthy and the walls are scuffed. At most, management employs two cleaning people. The garage door was broken for most of the lease and people did come in off the street, surely to check locks. There were many dangerous dog breeds in the building with owners who had no control of them. Maintenance was good with response times, but the building materials were cheap pre-fab, so they were busy. Any complaints went on deaf ears and messages on the community app were immediately deleted. In sum, save your money and look elsewhere."
