"Lived here awhile ago with my mom and couldn't made it a year. Laundry room was gross, there was roaches, things were falling apart and landlords didn't do anything and the landlords were the most rude, miserable and godawful human being you'll ever rent from. The lady who owned it before him was/is better than him every since of the word. Glad to not be there anymore. if you're looking for somewhere to rent look somewhere else!"

"Fairly modern updates inside.The owner is foreign and come off rude as heck but once you get to understand him you'll find he's very lenient and patient. I saw roaches when I moved in but with a few baits they were gone."

"Beware don't rent from this place management is rude and won't care about your well being...you basically have to stalk her to get things done and has the worst attitude if you make complaints. The place has a roach problem and the pipes are old. ..I was personally told by management that I shouldn't flush my toilet paper bUT instead throw it in a waste basket. She's lied to my face several times and is quick to tell you to call code enforcement instead of fixing the problem...BTW they advertise high speed Internet and pool on grounds but neither is true...pool is always closed and everybody here has really poor Internet signal....do not move here you will regret it"
