"Royal Palm Place apartments. Beware! An old, poorly managed building that allures you by its location. Built above the Chops Lobster bar the hallways smell like decaying lobster from the trash chutes and storage bins under the complex. The complex is also surrounded by several local bars and nightclubs, loud music penetrates a peaceful sleep most nights. The building itself is 20+ years outdated, the gym is from the 70’s. There are better options locally. Managements also bates a switches. DONT LEASE HERE!"

"Great plaza with a nice variety of restaurants, bars & shopping. Parking can be a challenge at times & during prime time dinner hours it can be near impossible to park close to where you're dining. But there is also street parking in the surrounding area. Nice place to spend an evening dining & enjoying live music venues."
