"I currently live here and it is the worst management company. The management doesn’t know what they are doing, the property manager, Tanisha, is incompetent. I have had a leaking toilet and sink for 4 days now and maintenance and the leasing office don’t care… floors are all warped. To top it off they do not reply to calls or emails. Stay away from this building. They will also hang up on you when you call to get help for maintenance. Place needs to be shut down."

"We just moved in and it went pretty smoothly. Filomena was excellent and helped make this transition pleasant as it is our first apartment. She was very courteous and efficient and a benefit to the apartment complex. She also made sure that the issues that we reported were taken care of the next day! The complex itself is kept very clean and remains pretty quiet day or night. Thus far the other tenants that we have met have also been nice and approachable."

Most importantly the office staff are very warm and welcoming which is what you want when you look for your next home."
