"RENTERS BEWARE Live at Sanctuary cove for 3 years. - Insects were always a problem even though we kept our home spotless. - The mail system is terrible and it only gotten worse - We paid 2x as much for electricity for a 2 bedroom apartment then we do now in a 3 bedroom house. - Lastly, squirrels and rats would jump from the Palm Trees into holes in the soffit of our building. This issue was never fixed in the 3 years we lived there."
