"Though I was a travel tech working at JFK hospital nearby, I can also see how this would be the perfect spot for a someone to enjoy this area while on vacation. It’s close to just about everything- A1A, JFK, Boynton, North Palm… The place itself is as advertised and probably worth more than what they’re asking- you’re in the heart of Palm Beach, minutes from the beach but also tons of local restaurants and bars. But for me, the most important thing is that they listen and respond quickly. They are attentive to your needs. For someone in my position- 10/10 *I have read a one-star review since posting this complaining about a building near the pool. I would suggest you note the lack of periods in the long, rambling post and consider there is no pool here. I have no vested interest in this business (my name is John Maple, if anyone cares enough to seek me out), but crazy needs to be called out everywhere."

"1. First of all there was a problem I was getting sick from the AC and I did have a test and it did have mold in the walls it tells tested other people are getting respiratory issues. 2. This is the real reason for the one star: when I initially called the office a woman told me that they have cleaning services and emphasize cleaning services every Monday and that would be the building with the pool so I thought that would be nice to get a break because I've been working very hard for 5 years with my own Airbnb doing everything. Katrina Lima is the manager she should be fired immediately she's bad for business first of all I initially moved in and after my first month I did request cleaning services the manager slammed the phone down and screamed at me her name is Katrina Lima she said that I said I didn't want cleaning services and that's not true. What was infuriating was that the cleaning lady went to all the mens rooms especially room number one and room number 10 that had a male occupants a matter of fact the whole hotel had male occupants and they would go to the males rooms and they would clean the men's room and they would spend a great deal of time she would go to every nook and cranny and make sure that the the male occupants that their rooms were spotlessly clean and by the way the man that was number one apartment I believe he may have been friends with the maintenance man because the he got treated like a king first of all he took possession of a box that was from Walmart that was a two-burner cooking thing for me t cooked chicken noodle soup because I was actually kind of sick and he had it in his apartment and held on to it for about 2 weeks and another guy they got preferences at the building without any doubt. To me this is very misogynist and sexist and I try to explain to miss Lima that in America women and men are equal and I'm a client I'm a customer. Because mislima was harassing me towards the end of my last month I actually left early and actually left a whole bunch of stuff in the apartment because the cleaning girl and Miss Lima were texting each other like harassing me and I just thought I had enough of this I'm done I can't take any more of this harassment and nonsense for no reason all I did was tell them the truth but it's not fair that I don't get cleaning"
