"HORRIBLE STAFF!! VERY RUDE, they are stealing packages for not even the correct address and the managers cut you off the phone they say they allow anyone upstairs they do not check name or addresses. very unprofessional and disgusting mannerism . would not recommend ."

"This complex is ridiculously I hate it so bad after a long day of work no one wants to come home to something that’s suppose to be your comfort zone to gave dog piss in the elevator the hall ways shouldn’t smell stink as well there needs to be some changes this is unsanitary there should be a 24 hour security here the apartment has easy access to come into the building also there is no one cleaning up go on the 2nd floor walking towards the garbage there is a window there have been a dead spider there for over 5 months trash is always on the floors hallways smell and elevator is never clean always piss in there fire the mangement hire someone who can understand that tenants want to pay luxury living prices to actually been in luxury I believe a motel is cleaner then this place for safety reason they should do better the place is already a old folks home so many old senior citizens in the building there health matters cov and virus are out the building should be cleaned …."

"We have lived in the 101 Via Mizner building for over 3 years now and love it. It’s clean, beautiful, and the staff has been beyond wonderful. We have never had a maintenance issue…I’m guessing because the building is fairly new..not sure. They do allow dogs in the building, but we have never seen or heard of any dog issues. We do know for a dog to be accepted, it has to have a dna test to live here…so my guess is the owners will be careful about leaving any dog droppings. Our understanding is, they test and if it matches your dog’s dna…there’s a fine involved. I can only speak about our experience here, but have to say…for us, it has been a very positive experience living at the 101 Via Mizner apartments."

"Hopefully this will provide an honest perspective from a resident who has lived here for over 5 years. The inside of the building, the amenities and location are great. The staff at the front desk and maintenance is terrific. However, if anything goes wrong, ownership simply does not care. My wife and I have lived here for over 5 years. During that timeframe, my wife had her license plate stolen from the parking garage. Another resident’s license plate was placed on my wife’s car. They reported their license plate as stolen. We did not realize their license plate had been placed onto my wife’s car. Because the plate was reported stolen, my wife was pulled over by the police at gunpoint. We asked management to install additional cameras in the parking garage to protect residents. They refused. They also did not offer us any concessions for a crime occurring on their property. Then someone hit my car in the parking garage, resulting in my needing to replace the entire bumper and rear lights. I was not in the car when this occurred, it was parked. There were no cameras to catch the incident. Once again we requested cameras to be installed and ownership declined. They also did not offer us any concessions for a 2nd crime that occurred on their property. For 5 years, we had residents living above us and never heard a sound. In the summer of 2023, a new resident, whose dad co-signed the lease so that he could live here (without his dad of course), moved in. With my wife 9 months pregnant, we constantly heard him stomping around all day and night. There were several nights in which we went down to complain to security at 3:00 pm in the morning because the resident above us was so loud throughout the night. With my wife weeks away from delivering our first child, we had a new constant source of stress from an obnoxiously loud neighbor keeping us up all night and day. This has been going on for months and management says they can’t do anything and it is normal noise. Keep in mind that we went 5 years without ever having a noise issue, and now all day we listen to stomping. Once again, nothing has been done and no concessions offered. Additionally, there is dog poop all along the sidewalk by the building. My wife has stepped in it, I have stepped in it and our baby stroller has rolled through it. A resident’s dog also bit my wife’s leg on the property. There is still dog poop on the sidewalks and no concessions have been offered. As I said, the interior of the building is nice, the amenities are nice and the front desk and maintenance staff is great. But if anything goes wrong, ownership does not care, they will not fix the issue and they will not offer any concessions, even for someone who has lived here for over 5 years. If you never run into an issue, you’ll love the building and location. If you ever have a problem, don’t expect ownership to do a thing to rectify it."
