"I just left their office and I must say I’m very impressed so far, from the moment I walked in , Jane greeted me and was happy to walk me through the process, explained everything in details and took me the area around, as I have kids, it’s important for me to have a nice outdoor area. I had an emergency and will be back to tour the apartments but so far I’m very impressed with the level of professionalism. Very nice office and love they were taking care of landscaping. "This is the 3rd time I have complained amongst many regarding the pot holes! The place used to be clean and nice for the past year and half it has been the worst it has been! Renovating a gym and raising rent and adding new rules to parking straight forward does nothing for this complex in all respect! It’s come to a point that it’s embaressing even having someone come over with all those garbage around , pot holes every where! Not gated everyone comes and goes. People who pay all this rent should not have to feel like they have to constantly complain on an issue that just doesn’t get fixed! Covering the pot holes and filling them does not work we have clearly seen that in the last year and a half with complaints! More holes open does not resolve the issue! We should have to drive left to right everyday to protect our cars! Everyone is concerned with parking forward ect which isn’t no where near a problem when you look at the big picture and look around !"

"This place is terrible. First impressions are everything. Stopped by with my husband to look at a one bedroom and the woman at the front couldn’t even be bothered to greet us. Seems she was in a hurry to leave early. So much so that she blamed her rushing us on the rain (which was nowhere in site) and her appointment she had to get to. My husband said no worries we’ll Come back.. and her response was, ok perfect. Don’t waste your time or money. The property is filthy and trash is everywhere. Believe the bad reviews."

"About apartment I live in is ok, nothing very exceptional, in relation to the structure of the condominium, we don't have security, anyone can come in, we don't have the basics, elevators are always broken, doors open to anyone who wants to enter, a lot of robberies. pool parties from people who don't live here. a mess."
