"I have lived at The Franklin for 2 years now! Can't believe how time flies! I have just renewed my lease for a 3rd year. My experience at The Franklin has been great! The location is amazing, just 5 minutes from the beach and tons of restaurants and grocery stores. Additionally, the place is kept up so well. I love the pool and the gardeners really keep the grounds beautiful. Everybody I have met here so far is very nice and friendly as well. Lastly, any maintenance issues I have had over the past 2 years have all been taken care of, they have a great team for that. I am very happy with my experience here overall!"

"Not only is The Franklin a lovely community, it is within walking distance of shopping and restaurants! The apartments are spacious and modern. This complex also has approved units within the Workforce housing program. I wanted to live in this community, but sadly the floor plan that my husband and I desired was not available at the time."

"Where do I start? Great location close to Downtown Delray but not too close (20 minutes walk to the heart of downtown). About a 25 minutes walk to the beach (Atlantic Dunes). 5-10 minutes walk to 3 different grocery stores and other stores. Great pool, excellent guest business area, great green areas, great and friendly staff. I will recommend The Franklin to those moving to Delray Beach or already residents of Delray Beach.
