Meagan and Kim are a delight and always ready to assist, if needed. It's a pleasure to live here, and I highly recommend checking out their spacious and well appointed apartments."

"Arrived there at 5:30pm after confirming with the front desk via phone I could view the complex. Side note: front desk lady was nice and professional. After arriving the front desk lady directed me to the leasing office. Neither attendant would show me a unit because they were “wrapping up for the day.” I explained my work schedule and that I was commuting so weekends were not an option and asked if I could view since I had driven there. The answer was a hard no from both leasing agents. They were not rude or anything just unwilling to help/ do their job. Maybe there was a disconnect between the front desk and leasing but it was not a good experience. From what I could see the pool was nice though."

"Love living here at Worthing! Not only are you smack dab in the middle of everything, close walk to beach, but the building is top notch. Updated gym and amenities, clean common areas, concierge, secure parking…I’ve always felt super safe here for years now. The maintenance staff is wonderful, friendly and willing to help anytime with anything. Kim & Kelly are fantastic on site managers, they’ve gone above and beyond since the day we’ve met them and always with a positive attitude. I’ve seen many other rental buildings throughout Delray in the past few years and nothing compares to Worthing. I would stay here until purchasing a home, I love it! :)"

"Can’t beat the location. They update the units pretty regularly between tenants. Larger apartments than the other buildings in the area. I’ve been here a few years with no complaints. Staff is always responsive and helpful. Roof view with ping pong is awesome for having a few friends over."
