"I am using my work profile to keep our privacy. We moved in here over 6 months ago. Based on the reviews, we really had high hopes for this place, plus we were told this is a smoke-free complex. The complex is really nice and has a lot of potential. It is just not being managed correctly. So let me highlight everything that is wrong and that they are trying to cover up. • The maintenance is horrible. They take a long time to fix things, and when they do, they do it wrong. • Grounds – the have completely disregarded the outside grounds. o The grass is brown and dry o The lake fountain is no longer working, making the lake a breeding ground for mosquitos and completely unsanitary o The jacuzzi has been broken for months • Dogs – don’t take me wrong. I love dogs but people here do not pick up after them. If you decide to take a walk around the lake rest assured you will need to walk looking down to avoid any dog poop and the smell is just unbearable in some areas • THIS IS NOT A SMOKE-FREE COMPLEX – there is a smell of weed in most of the buildings and cigarette buds all over the place • And the most concerning issue – lack of Security and Safety o There are instances when people who do not live in the complex nor do they know anyone or are guests are coming in and using the pool, BBQ area, and gym. o More and more this looks like a Section 8 Complex • Do not sign a lease here…not worth it • They need to change the management team."

"Very disappointed and angry with this complex. We lived here for three years and the first two were great. Our last year we struggled with the lack of maintenance after many phone calls to the management company. We decided to move out and gave our 60 day notice paid $6k lease break fee which we totally understood. We received a incorrect bill for an additional $400 which we tried several times to show documentation that this was a mistake and they sent us to collections... need I say my first time in my life. We decided to pay the collection agency not to effect our outstanding credit score but beware before moving here."

"Tory came by he helped me with my electrical issues which they told me it would take two days to be fixed from one of the maintenance man on property Then he contacted Tory. Tory came by and fixed the electrical problem. Also change the garbage disposal very much appreciated all in the same day."

"I came to 10x to look for an apartment for my daughter and I. As i walked into the leasing office the main woman that talks to walk-ins was on the phone. So I went into the office to talk to another woman just to get some information about the apartment, I didn't want a tour or anything major. She ignored me then gave me her finger like hold on. After she was told to wait for the woman that was on the phone to take care of me. I said why can't you help me? I just want to get pricing info from you. Continues to say she's too busy and stays seated at her desk. Yeah no thank you! I thank god I didn't waste anymore time with this place. Just in patience people working the leasing office and horrible customer service."
