"HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE! When you first get there they will show you a beautiful apt “SHOWROOM” and will fall in love! But when you see the unit you will live in you will REGRET !!!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!! THE maintenance is horrible they don't do nothing !!!!!!! The pool is discussing, jacuzzi does not work and on the contract it says that works!!!! Please read all the reviews! This condo should be closed!!!!! And rebuilt! The dumpster trash is always very very full with rats!!! inside the unit is very moldy. i had to go to the doctor because of the mold! My kids were coughing always with that mold! Againnn don’t live HERE!!!!!!"

"The maintenance guy Luis R (the newest one) has been truly amazing & kind. He knows what he is doing and is efficient, cleans up after his work and is a great communicator. He is an asset & I hope they can keep him here as we have gone through quite a few not so good in recent years."

"Every single one of these 5 star reviews is FAKE! Check them out! One even says they like to have parties at the clubhouse? What? The “clubhouse” is the office. Parties with the useless staff sitting at their desks?! People - instead of hiring writers for fake five star reviews, try actually taking care of your residents so you get some real ones! The apartments are pretty, and the price looks good at first, but avoid this place like the plague. The management here is worse than you could imagine. It’s led by manager Raysa Cuevas, who is nice until you sign the papers, then she grows scales and fangs and drips poison all over you if you ask for anything else. I have never dealt with a less professional person in my life. She’s a useless witch who doesn’t respond to needs and forgets that we are the customers, and she’s just an uneducated pee-on with an entry level job who is supposed to be working for us. The appliances do not work, and they won’t be replaced. The doors and windows are thin, leaky and loud. Most of the sliders don’t lock and they will not fix them. The cabinets are recovered and peeling, the bathtubs are painted, they don’t repaint the ceilings, so most homes have yellow rings around the ceiling edges. There is garbage - old furniture and such - tucked in the bushes all along the back of the community. Small trees grow in the gutters. The cloudy pool is closed half the time, the hot tub is never hot, the pool grills are not maintained, the community lights don’t work, so it’s pitch black outside at night, which is very dangerous for kids and dog walkers Commercial vehicles are parked all around the community, while residents have to hike from the next lots to their homes. People come in to dump garbage in and around our dumpsters. The staff is swapped out about once every 2 months, and the office is not apologetic about it at all. The best part - that good rent price is good for one year only. Expect your rent to be hiked up by hundreds of dollars for year two."

"I've been living in Addison place for a year. Our contract is for 13 months, I only have one month left to live here. I can't wait until we leave. Over the course of this year, I have created dozens of requests for repairing equipment, eliminating insects, repairing doors, etc. 2/3 of all applications were simply closed, and no one came to us. As a result, my family: lived WITHOUT a washing machine for more than a month; I have rusty nails sticking out from under my carpet all year; all ventilation is covered with black mold; the paint in the bathroom is falling off, and there is also black mold underneath (which was simply painted over); we lived three weeks in August with a broken air conditioner and 105 degrees in the apartment; Over the course of a year, I created about 10 requests that our dryer was broken and smelled like it was burning (a year has passed, and our dryer still looks like it’s about to burn out and there will be a fire). My son developed a severe allergy in this house, we got tested. It's an allergy to the black mold that's just covered in paint everywhere. We have to wait for a deposit in the amount of two monthly payments, I hope there will be no problems with this. I'll add a review later as things go with this. Avoid this place! Here no one cares about you or your apartment. You will be left alone with ants, cockroaches, black mold and broken equipment. Take care of your nerves and health."

"I chose this housing community because of its affordable price. I noticed that the houses here are old, and the infrastructure and appliances are outdated. I was attracted by the enticing price and the possibility to rent without having a Social Security Number (SSN). However, I had to pay a huge deposit for two months upfront. During nearly a year of living here, I had a month without a working washing machine, and the dishwasher was malfunctioning from the start. Additionally, in the hottest month, the air conditioner stopped working, and the repair of this issue took three weeks. The room temperature reached up to 105 degrees Fahrenheit. Nevertheless, no one was in a hurry to address this problem, and I had to endure those three weeks in hell. After all these unpleasant situations, when it came time to renew the contract, my rent was increased by almost $600 per month. I wrote letters and left them at the office, but no one ever contacted me. Moreover, I have reason to believe that there will be problems with the return of my deposit. In conclusion, I strongly do not recommend this place."
