Savona Grand Apartments

"Oh my God my time at this property has been the most horrible traumatizing experience. Please run from the property. The leasing office has two old women and one man in there who does not respect your rights they break into your apartment when you’re not home no notice or nothing they harass your company they harass you they call you names they disrespect you. They belittle you and talk about you, for you they lack compassion they are unprofessional, and my next call will be the corporate . They have a police officer living in the complex that’s does their dirty work. There’s used to be 4 officers in the complex when I moved here . THREE MOVED !!!!!!! Please read my review after what I went through yesterday with my 8 month old child (the leasing office put my life in danger)I would not want anyone else to suffer take ur money somewhere safe this complex is not safe . The maintenance staff in the complex is always changing. I lived in the property Two years and we have had at least To eight different maintenance workers, nobody stays the leasing complex, gets maintenance to try to do their dirty work as A lot of illegal things are going on at the complex the apartments have a terrible black mold issue me and my child suffered from and then I made the complex aware they ignored it until it was time for me to move out and they knew I was gonna file a lawsuit. Take this as a warning and move to a actual safe place . THE GATES ARE ALWAYS BROKEN!!! It’s not safe !!!!!"

"Do corporate know what's happening in this neighborhood?? It is absolutely disappointing living here . On top of everything and we can't even get some Christmas decorations at the entrance???? out of all the neighborhoods in this area we are the only one"

He is very knowledgeable, pleasant, willing to help and if he sees something that needs to be fixed he is proactive and addresses the problem without us having to send a request. It is great to know that I live in a community where the maintenance people are willing to help and not complain about the work they have to do. "I was looking for a place to live close to where I had some established roots. I came across this property because I lived previously at another property managed by the same company. I was very impressed at the professionalism of the staff at the leasing office especially the community manager Alicia. She has the kind of energy that just makes you want to smile and it is very apparent her staff loves working for her as well. The property has an exceptionally hard working staff with accommodating work orders and keeping the grounds clean. They are always very polite and in my experience have always greeted me while seeing me around the property. Improvements have been constantly occurring even having the fountain that my apartment over looks fixed with in the time I’ve moved in (approximately a month). The facilities are beautiful. The pool area, though I have not been able to enjoy as of yet due to the time of year which I moved in; I am very excited as is my son to go swimming once the weather warms up! I have used the gym facility and the equipment is either brand new or extremely well maintained and gives an environment that promotes self improvement. Over all, this property has exactly what I was looking for to provide a “home” environment for my son and I. The staff makes sure that everything that needs to get to the residents is done in a professional and timely manner. And though the prices were a little higher than I was initially looking for, the service absolutely justifies the cost!"
