"We have been on the property for about 3 weeks now. We needed a rental but hated the idea of going into a traditional apartment or having to pay 3 months' worth the rent at move-in as is typical with a private residence. This has by far been the best place I have ever rented. The staff have been great from the start. Jessica and Lauren in the leasing office have been there to answer all of our questions and have been quite accommodating. As expected with any new build, there have been a few minor things from a maintenance perspective that have needed fixing and Kevin has been quick to respond to every request (same day in most cases). This property offers a ton of great amenities that my family and are feeling quite spoiled by. To start, valet trash. We put our bags in the provided bin on our front porch each night and the trash fairies come and take them away for us. The clubhouse is beautiful and offers a working station with both Macs and PCs. The gym is equipped to the point that we have canceled our other memberships. They even have 2 pelotons for you to log into (no need for a membership) if that is your thing. My wife, kids and I couldn't be happier."
