"If I could rate lower I would . This property and management company are a complete joke . I spent about just over a month applying and sorting out living arrangements with these people and it has probably been one of the worse experiences in my life . They come across extra nice and pleasant however they are fake and pretty much indirectly racist. For all of my minorities you know exactly what I mean . Upon application even after providing a job letter and income they had the nerve to ask me for 3 months of my bank activity. After resisting and expressing to them that is is not their business they changed their tone and said that what I initially provided would ultimately suffice. The owner looked me in the face and didn’t even have the decency to greet me, the many walked right by me. And gave me that what are you doing here type of look. The sales person Kaycey would continually call me /text m/ harass me me all throughout the day after advising her that I work full time with children in a supervisory and instructional environment, they did not care and was always for the most tedious issues . For example if she asked for specific documents regarding the application. I would provided them via phone picture or email , yet she/they still insisted that I take time out of my busy schedule appear at the complex so they could “photocopy a hard copy”….. now upon the day I was supposed to move I expressed to them numerous of times that I work all day I tot he night and that I can only move on the weekend. They insisted that I move in on the day that they wanted , which ultimately feel on a day during the week , a time that would not work with schedule. Only after expressing time and time again that I cannot come for that time and becoming fed up with their lack of accommodation, they then tried to approve my move in during the weekend. I ultimately refused to move to their property and I feel that it was probably for the best. I asked for my 450$ deposit and they refused to return me mute money and stated that I should re apply for a unit on Monday , they day that they ultimately threatened me to move in on if I couldn’t move in on the weekend , and stated that the unit I applied for could not be guaranteed available as they had to get the unit back on the market . These people are crooks and don’t have the customers best interests in mind . I don’t live here and I’m fortunate for that because I have all the dialogues between me and management as well as the fact that they refused to give me back my 450$ deposit. They’re reviews are very misleading and I can only imagine the nightmare it would have been moving in to this place. Don’t give them a penny…"

"Yesterday I was fortunate enough to be at Coquina Cove luxury apartments. Oh my what a beautiful and picturesque place. I was able to join friends for a live concert where they serve gourmet pizza. I can’t wait to move there in the very near future."

"I've been living in Coquina Cove now for several years and thought it high time to leave a review of living here. I need to start first with convenience. The maintenance staff is attentive , professional and prompt. I couldn't ask for a better crew that see to solving any mishaps I've had during my tenure here. The office staff is amazing, thoughtful and courteous, finding answers to questions and solutions to problems, they get it done. The owners are invested in the community as well and it shows in the interest they take in the well being of their renters. They are always having events that cater to both adults and children and do their best to keep the complex updated and clean. Being close to the Turnpike, US1 and I95 make commuting to work a breeze. Coquina is surrounded by shopping and dining to fit every whim and budget. I couldn't ask for a better place to live. If you're looking into renting in the Stuart/Palm City area, this is the place ."
