"My experience with the agent I worked with, Kylie Fink, was about as bad as it could have possibly have been. I would have been much better off doing all the work myself, as that's what I ended up doing most of the time anyway. Once it was far too late to leave them and go with a different company, she told me that she actually had no prior experience selling a house. This was a nightmare throughout the entire process, do not use this company for anything if you want it done right."
"Eileen McFadden is an excellent property manager and realtor, she is professional, detail oriented and cares about her clients. I would not hesitate to refer people to her. She is a hard working professional and an asset to Pathway Property Management."
"Terribly unfortunate decision to do business with this company. They violated statutes by withholding a significant portion of my security deposit without any itemized description of charges. They attempted to pass these along as "additional cleaning & painting," which are not recognized as viable damage claims in the state of FL. (And after 5 years of living there, the place looked as good/better than when I moved in) They dare you to spend your money and valuable time taking them to small claims court. It's a shame there are folks that still do business this way. Karma will come their way. In the meantime, find some honest/competent folks to rent from."
"Eileen McFadden is a top-notch realtor. I have referred many of my divorcing clients to her for their various real estate needs. Eileen is excellent in property management, residential sales, and rentals. She is trustworthy, reliable, hardworking and experienced! I will continue to refer her business. I highly recommend Eileen McFadden!!!"
"We hired Pathway to manage an annual rental home in Tequesta. We had a contract in place, that specifically allowed NO repairs to be done over $300.00. We had a plumbing issue in first month, and ultimately they took $379.00 out of rental deposits, for the repair. The repair was done by a local plumbing company, who charges $80 per hour for services, and the plumber was on site less than 2 hours. We asked repeatedly for the plumbers actual invoice, and they refused to provide it. We complained to Better Business Bureau, and Pathway refused to provide it to them. Before we were aware of these charges, we had a 2nd plumbing repair needed. Renter called Pathway first thing in morning, and at end of day, called plumber from first repair, as they had not heard back from Pathway. Plumber told renter that he had not heard from anyone either, but would put them in schedule for 2 days later. Renter then called us. My wife called the Pathway agent, at the only number she had been provided, and tried to leave a voice message, but mailbox was full. She then texted the Pathway agent. At that point, we stepped in, got a plumber involved, and resolved issue. Pathway agent called the next day in response to the text. This is an actual excerpt from the BBB complaint, FROM the BBB Bureau to Pathway: "Good Afternoon, I hope this email finds well. In regards to the complaint filed by Doug Garcia; please send a copy of the invoice per his response. Please review his desired resolution below: "I would ask that for resolution, they provide me with the actual plumbers invoice, to substantiate their charges, and immediately refund the overcharges, and even if that invoice substantiated full $379 fee, that they immiediately refund the $79 overcharge, above the pre-contracted limit of $300. " If you should need further assistance, please feel free to contact me directly. Regards," needless to say, I have not received the actual plumbers invoice, nor have I received a check for the unauthorized repair, or any part of it........"
