"Paid $100 application fee just to be denied because of credit card debt under $1000. No evictions, no rental issues— credit card debt. As if the first bad sign wasn’t the fact that I couldn’t get anyone on the phone or when I drove up to the leasing office in person and it took them 20 minutes to unlock the door to provide me with information. Heck, I was told that you couldn’t even get a tour of your brand new roach infested, black mold, health sacrificing apartment unless you were approved to move in. Mad af I was scammed out of my $100. If you’re looking for a sign— be wary of these reviews and DON’T DO IT!!"

"Omg the staff is incredible!!! Especially Selena the Leasing Agent! She was very professional, friendly, understanding, and caring! She took the time out to work with me to getting what I need and now to having a place where me and my kids can call home! I absolutely love the staff! "Recently, due to an unforeseen circumstance with my private rental, I found myself in desperate need of another apartment. Selena was able to get me into a new apartment within five business days of submitting my application. She was extremely helpful and quick in responding within twenty-four hours of submitting my application, I was notified that she had started the application process. I am very impressed with the management team at St. Andrew's Leasing, Palm Beach. They are extremely friendly people. They walked me through the entire process and answered all my questions. Ramon, Sylvia and the Property Manager , Javish are very knowledgeable, very professional, very thorough, very pleasant and very respectful. Selena is a gem! She is very calm, knowledgeable and understand tenant needs, she deserves a promotion! Daniella is very professional. I have lived at St. Andrews for the past six years and whenever I had an issue or concerns with my private rental, she never failed to reach back out to me. So far, I am impressed with the services I received."

"This is the complete worst people ever my ac has been broke for 2 years no one has ever came to even look at it the bath tub is full of black mold cause they painted over mold to make it look good and the fact in the bathtub has been broken for 4 years no one has ever been there to fix it and then they tell me to not pay rent till they fix it then they are evicting us this place is completely garbage and should be shut down and bulldozed down buildings are not up to code at all and they just make excuses after excuse the picture is of my tub before cleaning it a little bit. And they actually get negative ten stars I just had to click one to write this review"
