"This was the worst experience I have had with a management company. Things were done very unprofessionally, and it made my moving out experience far more stressful than it had to be. When it came to turning in the keys, no one ever reached out to me, I had to reach out to James to receive any instruction. We agreed I would reach out to him when I was done moving to hand in my keys. When I texted him later in the day, I got no response. Not wanting to leave the keys at the house, I kept them an extra day and awaited instructions. I woke up to a frantic text the next day, asking to drive the keys to his office (I didn’t know where it was, found out it was in Apollo beach and I live in tampa). Then I got an angry call, demanding me to drive the keys to his office, that we will get charged extra rent if I don’t, and then was trashed talked about to my previous roomate by James the agent. If I was looking to rent a house and James was the agent I would steer clear."
