"Currently living in a house that has been mold infested for MONTHS meanwhile maintence never showed & would cancel our request/tickets. Finally a Supervisor came out & found the ongoing issue. MOLD all in our cabinets under our sink has to be replaced now & yet the company expects us to live in a home while the “remediation” & restoration happens. NO running sink water, no cabinets, & holes in our mold filled walls. All they can say is “our hands are tied”, you can get a hotel if you think that’s best but we might not reimburse you."
