"Apparently my other review got deleted because I can't see it anymore. I still have a maintenance request in from a few weeks ago because my plugs in my bedroom only work half of the time, and now our a/c unit is leaking all over my closet and soaking my bedroom floor AGAIN. I put in another work order but I'm not expecting this problem to be fixed until we call the emergency maintenance line and complain. Why even be able to put in requests if you don't work them?? Absolutely asinine."
