"I’ve only been here, not even two weeks and I’ve received outstanding service, feedback, and from there it only gets better three of the neighbors I’ve met. Have been very nice, everybody’s quiet like me. I love it here everybody that I’ve talk to at the property management have been so helpful. I really love it here. "If I could, I would give this company no stars. Edited: when we moved in promises were made to correct issues that existed from a prior tenant. The carpet was only partially replaced after months of repeated calls and 'Melds'. The carpet should have been completely replaced but only the living room and kitchen area were done and this took months. the carpet and cabinets were damaged from the prior tenants pets. When the maintenance person came out he shook his head and said that these issues should have been taken care of. We were never able to use the damaged cabinets. All of this was documented in the Melds. In the year we lived there the AC needed to be repaired 4 times. One of those times we waited a week for someone to return our calls. This was during the hottest part of summer. In the end we were told the rent would be raised $500 a month, totally ridiculous. Throughout our tenancy we had regular visits by an exterminator which we paid for ourselves. We left the house cleaner than when we arrived. Money was deducted from our security and I was told that this was due to having cleaning and fumigation done, but when I spoke to the neighbors they all told me no one ever came out to do anything to the house after we moved out. I asked to see invoice for 'the work' that had supposedly been done and was finally emailed some receipts that looked fake. The house remained vacant for quite some time after we moved out and I noticed that the rent price dropped to less than what we had been paying. I wish I had looked at the Google reviews before signing the lease."
"Loralee (the secretary) is the best part of this place Nearly impossible to reach any other people in the work place, if you work a 9-5 M-F shift, don’t expect to able to get to be able to go in person. Things weren’t ready when I moved in, handymen won’t fix things because “it’s too difficult” or not give you any warning when they’re coming to work on things. I wouldn’t recommend this, if you want a reliable company."
"I have to say I received nothing short of exemplary customer service from Kristen. This was such a challenging and crazy time to locate a new place and she was just wonderful. What a pleasure to work with and all the support I received manuevering through your processes and most importantly she was upfront on everything. She is an outstanding asset to your organization and I just want to say Thank You and that just does not seem like enough. What a fab experience and I am very grateful and a highly satisfied new client. I am so excited and very pleased with my selection and looking forward to the move. "Relocation is never fun but with the help of Carolyn Wright the process was made easy. I appreciated so much the attention she gave me and how hard she worked to find me just what I needed. I felt that I had my own personal ‘relocation specialist.’ While all of our communication was over the phone, I felt I’d met a new friend when I got to finally meet the smiling, happy face behind the phone.
