Reviews of Lake Lucerne Towers
"I honestly don’t know what I just got myself into. The apartment is cute. But I’m an extremely clean person and seeing trash every where (lobby, hallways, pool area) is not attractive. The walls on the first floor are white with grey floors and the ones on every other floor are poo poo green, as well as the carpet. When I spoke with the property manager Patti she said they were looking into changing it. You all should change it quickly and it would get respectable tenants. They need more people working on and in this building. Please keep the lobby clean, update the pool, gym, torn screens, bathrooms, laundry and hire a proper cleaning crew for this building. I’m sure these are minor things to give the building a better feel and look."
"Absolutely scam and crooking ! I have all the pictures by a date I came to the Apt , after a year before I left it honestly cleaned everything most better as it were at the first time. that still I have IT’s pictures too , before I came out from the property I visited the leasing office so the manager were out of office and talked with the front desk officer, shown the pictures and told her that I cleaned everything and if still there is any comments to pleas let me know as well addressed my cousin too . Now I’m seeing for nothing just to not refund the deposit and find a quick and easy earn money opportunity for there’s special team sent back a cleaning bill .200$ for bathroom , 200$ for kitchen , 300$.. for carpet and .. etc as nothing wrong with it and I did supper cleaned. So people just want to let you know keep away from such businesses you can not take your deposit at any way ."
"Apartment complex is a joke. Four guest parking spots for 200+ residents. New laundry service that has not worked since it was installed (three months ago now). Gated parking lot that never has a working gate. Leasing office that deals with all these problems by getting angry at you instead of tackling any issues. Please stay away"
"Lived in this complex for a year starting in April 2017 with my sibling. When we moved in it was obviously an old building, but really close to a nice area, and it was close to work. We were very excited to live here in the beginning. Warning for the descriptions and pictures included – be careful reading this review if you’re squeamish. It’s true that they specifically make you sign an agreement that you’re not an attorney, don’t work in the legal field, or go to law school. At the time, we weren’t legal employees, but my mom was a paralegal so we know the importance of reading before signing and we knew something was wrong when we read that form. They also make you sign a lead-based paint agreement and a mold agreement, but that’s not unusual for older buildings. Interesting enough, I don’t recall signing an agreement regarding original glass or the building being out-of-code when we moved in. Make certain that you take pictures of forms before signing and do NOT sign anything before you read it completely. It’s a lot of stuff to go through, but this company will try to get as much as they can over on you. This building was originally a nursing home in the 60s and when I lived there, they had not done much in terms of maintenance since then, other than paint old doors closed and change carpets. A lot of the appliances and amenities were original and functioned, but were not cute. I still work nearby and as of right now in April 2020, it looks like they’re trying to redo the exterior of the building, and when I lived there they were constantly hyping a “multi-million dollar renovation” to flash and dazzle us about the living conditions.
