"Most disgusting, pathetic and unprofessional complex I have ever experienced. The advertisements are a complete scam. There is absolutely nothing luxury about this place. None of the pools worked for the 3 years I lived here. Had no AC for a year before they repaired it. Lost my job because they had old wiring from the beginning when the place was created (back in the 60s) that they did not want to repair. I went months with my power shutting off after simply plugging in my phone charger. The plumbing is absolutely awful you would hate it when it rains. Sinks & tubs will get backed up very badly. Maintenance would cut the grass leaving trash in the yard. Complex is infested with roaches and rats. At one point in time we had a terrible smell from the complex because staff, wouldn’t pay the garbage companies to empty the dumpsters. Staff would purposely try to lose your money orders and tell you that you didn’t pay your rent. Staff make you pay for pest control but you have to beg them to do it. The laundry room was unavailable for two years. The only reason it’s open is because a resident reported this trap to the news. After they had been exposed they hired their friends to help repair things just so the news could get out of their hairs. There is no tennis area, no lounge or bbq grills, no learning center no amenities whatsoever. The staff has been changed over 10 times since I been there and NONE were professional. Miramar is a scam. DO NOT MOVE HERE! I couldn’t give this review no stars because it wouldn’t let me post but Miramar is for sure ZERO OUT OF FIVE STARS!"

"1200$ for a apartment with black mold in bathroom vents giant holes above ceiling fan in bedroom water damaged roofs leaking into walls, trash constantly all over the streets and yards, maintenance guys smoking weed while picking up trash as slow as possible, need help in fixing all the problems? No problem’ send a email they will get back to you in a month or so with why they can’t fix it and you still have to pay over priced rent for a unhealthy damaged apartment. Honestly calling inspectors and Going to get the place shut down this is a crime to rent these out with serious health hazards and illegal activity constantly around the area. Just hope they have a good lawyer with all the money they save from lack of quality and maintenance."

"This place is a trap. Will steal your money and evict in 24h. Police at the door and everything. I showed my bank statements. Since the front office asked for receipts of payment. And they actually got angry and yelled at me and my family for having proof of payment. Then proceeded to break our appliances. Throwing things down the stairs and off the balcony. Breaking dishes and ruining many paintings. This place is and probably will forever be one of the biggest mistakes of my life. And is run by some of the most wicked and rotten woman I have ever met"

"My daughter is moving in, I am not impressed at all. The office lady TRIED to over charge her but $600 until we asked for the whole breakdown. The apartment is supposed to be upgraded but if there’ This is the upgrade I would hate to see the regular apartments. She has a section 8 voucher so they had to do a inspection before her move in. It failed the basic hud/section 8 required inspection twice. She will be here 1 year and no more."
