"Matt the new maintenance manager is Superb! He’s fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I have a baby and was having problems with the A/C all summer and he came and fixed it in a matter of minutes, mind you he originally came because my washing machine hose came a loose and water was everywhere. He didn’t make me feel like I was hassle by showing him the a/c. Let’s go Matt hope your here to stay! Great job to whomever found this jewel!"
"So far my experience here has been smooth I was lucky enough to get the second floor exactly what I wished for , Alison was amazing through out the entire process and very patient with me and the application process her customer service is awesome , also miss Hazel was very polite . As soon as I noticed a slight pest issue with roaches Alison had Pest control there by the next day . Very grateful for that ! I have zero complains so far , locations isn’t to bad not far from supermarkets and nice restaurants"
"I’ve lived here since June 2019. I primarily moved bc it’s downtown and if it was not for the location & initial rent pricing; I would move expeditiously. The management changes every quarterly and seems to get worse as time progresses. When the elevator or the Luxer One system breaks down, there is no email or communication from them. It just breaks & gets fixed when it gets fixed. There used to be flyers or signs that got put out for maintenance or other times where they could be entering your home, they stopped doing that. Then there’s the parking fiasco. No matter who lives in your unit, you only get one parking space. There is absolutely no visitor parking or unassigned handicap parking available for the public. The quarterly office staff have been trying to “change” the parking situation since I moved in but since none of them last more than 3 months; it never happens. There are also several spots within the parking garage that could be used for extra parking spaces but of course those spots are now marked “No Parking”. The courtesy officer is NOT on campus nor does he ever answer the phone or return any of your calls. And to make matters worse, the staff is never in the office or answering their phones when a resident needs something but they are magically here at 6AM to get people’s cars towed. Even if you have one of their god forsaken stupid stickers! Oh, what professionalism! There are several homeless people who get into the building and sleep on whatever benches they can find or go into the lounge area since there isn’t anyone patrolling here. But the quarterly staff didn’t seem to mind that. Do not live here. It’s getting worse by the day. Just pay the extra $$$ and live somewhere where there is a concierge desk that is actually manned."
"Place used to be great, but the current management is terrible. Mailroom has been closed for 2 weeks now, one of the two elevators has been down for over 2 weeks now. Previous to that it was down for over a month. Management lies constantly and does not care about the residents. I’ve spoken to numerous tenants who are leaving at the end of their lease. I’m definitely leaving. I won’t be surprised if this place ends up empty unless the owners fire the current management team and replace them with someone who can actually do their job!"
"The only reason why I am giving this place two stars is that the elevators never work, the doors to get inside the building barely works, there’s no one that ever answers the phone, there are barely any guest parking (if you only count the parallel parking that is shared by two buildings, absolutely ridiculous!), in which there is an empty field next door to the apartment that should be guest parking, I suggest the complex utilize that plot. Also, the outside area on each floor level is so dirty, and the trash chute is absolutely disgusting. How much the residents are paying this is absolutely ridiculous and needs to be fixed."
