"Nothing that has been posted about these apartments are false. Leasing office is filled with liars.. they say whatever to get u out the office, they never answer the phone, aint that many meetings going on that they can’t… Their customer service is HORRENDOUS,RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, a total DISGRACE ‼️BOSHA IS BIG LIAR TOLD ME PLENTY TIMES MAINTENANCE WILL COME TO MY UNIT different days… THEY NEVER SHOW, I got at least 3 maintenance requests for water leaks,electrical and dishwasher, maintenance came almost a month ago said he would be back, I’M STILL WAITING‼️ THEY should ask CHIC-FIL-A to give them a class on CUSTOMER SERVICE and how they should hve enough respect for themselves and follow up on their word. It’s literally a upsetting feeling,when you walk into the office and see a rude and lying staff‼️‼️‼️"

"Anyone reading can you please advise me where I can file a complaint against this complex. I’ve been complaining that my water has an order to it since I moved it the response I got was that the water in this area is bad. I keep having plumbing problems. I’ve now been without hot water 4 days and they keep giving me the run around about the maintenance man is coming to now I’ve been told they don’t know what to tell me as plumbing is done by 3rd party so they don’t know when I’ll have hot water. I’ve never been able to take a bath since I’ve been here due to all of the peeling paint in the tub and through out the apartment. I’m still trying to clean the gunk that embedded in the walls. I’ve gotten the roaches down no thanks to them as when I moved in it was infested. They give the same general customer service asking as if they are right on it. I’m still waiting on the text message I was suppose to get at 9am so that I can send them pictures of all the other issues again I’m still waiting. I will be sending a certified letter allow more time to fix this. In the mean time I will be going to Jacksonville Legal Aid for help. Why should I have to beg for a safe place to live and why should I have to beg for clean hot water. It’s not like they letting me live here rent free. Excuse the typos I pretty pissed."

"UPDATE: I've moved away from here almost 9 months ago and it was the best decision ever. I know people Who still live here and it's badd. Still got GIANT ROACHES, STILL GOT PLUMBING ISSUES AND STILL TERRIBLE STAFF!! Make sure all your requests are done via email mail so you have a digital trail when you take your complaints to the city. The 707 building literally has plants growing out of it and it's RIGHT BY THE OFFICE!!. Just look at the pools before you move there and ask if you want to spend your hard earned money on a dump!!! With overflowing Dumpsters !! I’ve lived here almost 4 years n unfortunately I can’t take the failure to do repairs and failure to do proper repairs. If u work a lot of hours and want to pay online they will charge u a 40$ fee TOO PAY UR RENT!!. PLumbing issues, staff gives you the runaround every time. If you need a repair don’t go to the office and tell them, do everything digital so there is a trail to reference. If they fail to do repairs file a complaint with the city and pay ur rent through the city and they will withhold your rent until the repairs are finished. The were repairing my roof when a heavy object shot through the ceiling and knocked my blinds down and almost hit my child in the head. Took them 2 weeks to fix and they used my vacuum left my lights on and my A/C on 66. Please I beg u if u have kids it’s not a good place to live … UNLESS YOU LIKE ROACHES ,RODENTS IN THE CEILING . Look at all the empty units before u sign… it’s for a reason. Plants growing out of the buildings like were in Pripyat or Chernobyl. Learn from my mistakes. Shop around first. I’m not renewing my lease. … think about ur family.. NOT A BAD PLACE… TO STORE A GOAT"

"We just moved in and must say Donese was awesome through the whole process. Answered every call and email. Moved into a freshly updated apartment and there were a few hiccups but she was on it immediately and had it resolved. And kudos to Dan in maintenance who was on top of it too. As moving into any kind of rental property you see things you don’t see going thru the first or second time. I do think the property itself needs some help. There is no light at the entrance by the street as you pull in. That should be fixed for sure. It’s very dark. My building light by the door is out. For safety, it should be replaced. And the light pole by the building is leaning and not grounded. And the dumpster is not only overflowing but trash is all over. Hopefully that is resolved on trash day. And lastly, I face the water; maintenance needs to be going back there and being sure it’s cleaned up from trash. I know they are busy but the grounds need a little more attention on the outside too. Overall, so far.. I’m happy w/ my apt. and the process."

"Been living here for almost 6 months and the issues with this apartment are ridiculous from October til now ( December) I’ve put in 8 request for maintenance to fix my restroom you can’t even take a shower without the toilets bubbling also will not flush because the outside line continues to get clogged and all they do is unclog them and then days later you have the same issue instead of them actually fixing the line , I’m going on 9 months pregnant and I keep stressing to them that I have to use the restroom a lot I shouldn’t have to wait over 5 hrs or have to go all the way to the back of the apartment complex to use the restroom we pay almost $1500 for roach infested, faulty sewage lines it’s beyond ridiculous and I will not be renewing my lease with this apartment management can be very rude and not understanding and if its an “ emergency “ someone should be out to check in a timely manner now hours later or me having to call several times"
