"This Place is Something Else!! It’s all Good in the Beginning but the Good Fades Quickly!! From the moisture and mold, Roaches and high crime, and the Fees that fluctuate the Rent!! You better read your Lease and Rent wisely because those Leasing Agents and the Managers have the gift of Gab and will choose Business over anything!! They don’t have Solutions to Real life problems they will use Phrases like IF WE DO IT FOR YOU, We have to DO IT FOR EVERYBODY! You will get frustrated with This property quickly!! In the Beginning they changed the filters and did fire extinguishers and pest control and after the first month IT ALL STOPPED! Maintenance men so damn corny they Suppose to do things and they don’t want to do it Because THEY WILL GET IN TROUBLE!!!!!! Don’t be fool by what is told to you during the tour Because I was told that I wouldn’t be able to hear my neighbors and I had THE Worst Stay there due to the constant running of the upstairs neighbor!!! Not only that all complaints went on deaf ears!! They don’t care here and Don't think you can get in touch with Corporate because you won’t find it! For a Gated Community there is ALWAYS ACTION!!!! From high speed chase, car break ins, parking lot robberies you name it it happened mind you, YOU paying for community fee with no security but after the many car break ins and crimes there is NOW 24hr security I don’t know what was worst but Capper Landing is a Savage Community ain’t Nothing nice bout living here!! You will find out For Yourself but I guarantee all those nice reviews will Fade or change Within three to six months I was asked to make a review for a couple of people there And honestly I changed just liked they did!! Quickly!! Smh! Fake just like THEM!! I know things are getting hard and cost of living is going up But These Leasing People Of Capper Landing will make your Living out here harder!! Mark my words!! Cause If They do it For YOU they Got To Do It for Everybody!! In Capper Landing Voice!"
