"I moved here from Chicago in August 2023. So far, I'm really liking it and it's been easier than anticipated to feel "at home". Everyone from the leasing office is very nice, helpful and always pleasant. I haven't had a significant amount of maintenance issues, but when I did, I felt as though the turnaround time was appropriate and issues were always 100% resolved--for example, I noticed my dishwasher wasn't completely cleaning my dishes and would have to run it multiple times. I put in a ticket request, and they replaced the appliance within a few business days. Another occurrence happened where I noticed washer was leaving my clothes dripping wet after a spin cycle (as opposed to being wet but not overly saturated)--put in a ticket, and the appliance was replaced 2 days after. There is a really nice turf area in the back of the building designated for dogs to do their business and about 3-4 posts with trash cans/bags. It is really spacious and my dog enjoys placing fetch/socializing with other dogs there. It's truly her happy place. The only complaint I can think of throughout my entire time while living here is that there are times when there are piles of feces scattered throughout different areas of the turf and in the nearby grass due to residents not picking up after their dog (despite multiple bag posts that are usually always stocked), and it can accumulate pretty quickly. I know this is not the fault of the management or leasing office employees, but I wish there was some sort of enforcement to prevent this from happening, and/or neighbors were more responsible and courteous. All in all, giving 5 stars for pleasant and competent staff, timeliness of requests, convenient location surrounded by many businesses, cleanliness of lobby/pool area/fitness center/hallways/etc., prompt communication when necessary, and ultimately allowing me to feel comfortably settled in after moving out of my hometown for the first time ever."

"The combination of location, excellent staff, friendly neighbors, great amenities and large apartment units had me resign my lease at 220 Riverside this year. The office and maintenance staff has taken care of me every day after my initial move in from Tyler carrying my dog’s giant food bags upstairs every other month to Michelle printing documents for me when I’m in a rush and having computer issues. I have really enjoyed the kindness and helpfulness of the leasing office that is just downstairs. They offer snacks and water and also entertain the residents with wine tastings and game nights- participate as much or as little as you like. Erin and Chris are always ready to help with anything that is needed in the apartments and go out of their way to make sure the maintenance is always running smoothly. The building unit sizes and views are bigger and brighter than the other properties I have toured in the San Marco/ Riverside Area. With such a great neighborhood I wouldn’t mind leaving to workout but the gym in my building has better equipment than the gyms I would have to pay for so I’m beginning to love it here even more. During the summer the salt water pool is incredible and such a highlight of the property. If you’re a single adult professional you’ll love the area and won’t find a nicer place on this side of town. It’s definitely in the perfect spot right by the highway and Fresh Market. I’m so glad to call it home."
