"I felt welcome at first sight. Brianne, Gigi and Jubette made me feel welcomed right away and made the entire process of moving fun and exciting. They were professional and very pleasant while taking care of business. That was impressive. Integra offers fabulous move in specials and this was the cherry on the top to all of the resort like amenities. I couldn't have asked for more. The units are very modern and offer lots of storage space not only in the closets but in the kitchen as well. You'll love the super high ceilings throughout because it makes the place feel even more spacious. Plus I love the fact that there's ample windows to let in all that Florida sun. I'm looking forward to a super summer in the sun and lots of fun in this beautiful apartment community. The pictures don't do it justice. PS: Kudos to the interior designer. Love your work!"
"I do not live at the property but I would like to inform you all about my experience while touring the property. I saw a resident do pros and cons below so I will do the same concept. Pros: Nice Community! Great Incentives currently for moving in! Honest staff! Decent amenities. Food Trucks!! Elevators!!! Decent looking apartments. Nice looking on the outside. Cons: Water Pressure was not the greatest. Hispanic lady was awesome but the other one could work on being more conversational. ( Maybe a bad day.) She seemed nice though. Just appeared to may have had a lot on her mind. You have to purchase your own water filter for the fridge when it comes time to replace it. That is just terrible. It is apartment living for a reason. You should not make residents purchase a water filter. SHAME ON YOU! Not the staff but whoever came up with this. It should be the apartments responsibility. This is unacceptable! You're already charging high rent that does not remotely resemble luxury living. I am so surprised to see such high ratings. Front office staff and maintenance must do well with the residents here. LUXURY LIVING BUT NO SMART FEATURES??? WHY? ( NO KEYLESS ENTRY, CONTROLLED THERMOSTAT FROM YOUR PHONE???) ** Make sure maintenance fixes all issues before showing an apartment. If you charge $2,000 plus for a two bedroom I expect it to be superb. It should not be basic and slap luxury on it. Several times I kept asking the staff is this luxury? I would not pay more than 1500-1600 for their largest two bed, two bath. ** $2,000 but no heated pool? Hopefully, this is not taken to heart. No complaints against the staff. This is my honest review."
"I have been a resident here since May and I will say I have been so impressed since I've been here. Gates are secure and shut all hours of the day ensuring security, maintenance is very fast at addressing issues, and the complex is clean. The office staff is also very welcoming and so kind. If I was to be negative about anything it would just be the price. I feel it is a little pricey for not having very many resident events. I also received a warning from the tow company this morning about my registration not being visible and next time will be a boot or towing in my own apartment complex. Overall I do recommend staying here if you can afford it! Some advice for improvement: -Covered parking spaces besides the garages -With the rent being so high, you could put $100-$200 towards the food trucks for families to get one free item/meal. It will encourage residents to come and interact ! It would also keep business with the food trucks. -More resident events ! We had a paint and sip and a really nice summer pool party where Texas Roadhouse catered. More events like this would be awesome!"
"I lived here in a lovely two bedroom, and loved it . My doggy loved the dog park , too. It was safe and they kept the grounds clean and listened to concerns and took them seriously. My only advice to new tenants is the get the apartment sprayed for bugs regularly and know that the apartments are hollow and not sound proof . The only other thing is hallways are mildly dirty and the door paint was cheap and peeled each time I entered my apartment with my hands full. Otherwise , it was fantastic! The pool was super relaxing , but the curfew needs to be 11 pm not 9 pm on weekends . Thanks for reading! God bless!"
