"The manager, a tall lady with brown/reddish hair was super rude when I (a resident) came in to complain about the rats that were still inhabiting the floors of my apartment complex a week after my roomate had called. I just would think someone would be more sympathetic but she said things like “if the rats in the trashroom are bothering you dont use it” “i know you arent used to living in these conditions”. I have never had any issues with any employees of stadium center and usually actually very impressed but this lady was incredibly rude and simply made it obvious she did not care about the rats that are currently residing in one of the apartment complexes (the edge)."

"Second year living here and now moving out. There’s mold in shower vents that were painted over, drawers have been broken since beginning of the year, I have to keep replacing my key because it won’t open the front gate to get in at night, my roommate receive random charges without notices until late fees are added. Safe to say I don’t know many students who are planning to resign here after this semester alone. REPLY: We have all contacted management at one point or another to remove the irrelevant charges that we should have never been charged with in the first place and are so exhausted of going in circles and the poor college students who have to front for management's shortcomings always take the downfall for the minimal information. This place is the definition of sacrificing student convenience and quality if it means any form of profit or leasing by students who don't know any better. No need for discussion."

"Cannot think of a less communicative and more unhelpful team of managers than here. I’m told on the phone to come in and speak to them about disputing a fee and then when I arrive am turned away and told to email and that I will receive a response that day. I email, no response. I call again, they’re magically not there. After living there for two years and paying them nearly $20,000 in rent for piss poor Wi-Fi and maintenance services you’d think they could at least be a bit more helpful!"

"I was looking for apartments for the upcoming school year and I found myself in the stadium centre leasing office. I fell in love with the location and the amazing amenities that stadium centre has to offer. I was greeted at the door by Tori, who was awesome with answering any questions I had and making me feel at home during my tour. So many amazing food options nearby and a great community in general."

"Move in experience was great. My daughters room key did not work upon arrival. We went back down to the office, and they immediately walked us back up and fixed her key. Apartment was clean and in great shape. Amazing location. A day after moving in, her bedroom ceiling fan stopped working. We submitted a maintenance request and they fixed her fan within 24 hours! All of the employees were super nice and helpful."
