"Worst pace I ever lived!! Roaches, crime ( yellow tarp kind) outdated appliances and cabinets, bathroom with flies coming out the sink, bathtub with spray paint, door is rotting (safety hazard) and the list goes on. Would rate 0 if I could!!"
