"Avoid at all costs. Place is filled with all kinds of bugs, roaches, flies, ants black and red. Neighbors suck and will park behind your car in the no parking zones. Hot water lasts for less than 5 minutes, and they will enter your place without any notice at all whether or not you are home. I cannot wait for the day I leave. (reponse edit) They do not care, they do not even know who I am."

"Great place to live and base your foundation, Cross Creek gives you tranquility not found in too many apartment complexes. The staff is great and wonderful to work with, Liz and Alex both gets a thumbs up. With security onsite 24/7 you feel safe no matter what time of day it is. Your maintainance issues are resolved in less than twenty four hours seven days a week. Really a joy and pleasure my time spent at Cross Creek!"
"i truly feel blessed to have moved into Cross Creek Apartments. First and foremost , most importantly the staff at Cross Creek Apartments is very helpful, kind, and loyal. The entire staff Jasmine, Cynthia, Alex, and the maintenance crew are awesome. Alex, a staff member truly has a great personality. =---) i was blessed to have Alex assist me with my tour, etc. My apartment is nicely remodeled, very spacious, and extremely comfortable. There is a beautiful, peaceful lake view, trail walk, from 441 to Lyons Road. The buildings are up kept and the landscaping is fair(beautiful.) i truly feel blessed. Thank you Cross Creek for making my experience simply amazing. =---) 5 Stars."
