"I lived there for a few years, and recently moved out since I had to relocate for work . But it was MAGNIFICENT. The ladies in the front Rachel and Kristy are there for you. They are so kind, professional, and work diligently. If there was ever a maintenance issue they were on it and immediately sent the Twins. The twins were incredibly kind, hard working and professional. They truly know their craft and I promise you would never have a maintenance problem after because they really know what they are doing. Overall, my experience there was amazing. I wish they could move with me. This is hands-down, the best experience and people in all south Florida . 5 stars are not enough ."

"Should really consider somewhere else before moving in at courtyard Miami lakes. Laundry is dirty, management is no good. Front office treat you like you ain’t a resident. Lived here for a year with wife and kid and never planning on coming back. They only allow 1 year to live if you are planning to live for more than a year in a place courtyard at Miami lakes isn’t the place. You can’t even renew your lease. For a pet you have to pay $600 per pet. For a one and one is at $2000 plus. Really did not enjoy my stay here or felt at home. There were constant problems. Can’t even have anything in your own balcony. No bicycle, no cloths, nothing but patio stuff in your balcony which made us feel not at home. We currently live here and we just got a notice that we can’t renew our lease and will have to leave at the end of our agreement. This place isn’t a place for home it’s a place for a year and that’s it. Didn’t enjoy my stay or felt at home. Also when they cut the grass you have all the dirtyness in your balcony and we have to clean that up. I had constant neighbors leave and had constant new neighbor due to high raise rent and other problems that they did not enjoy living here."
