"In no way should you purchase a condo here or rent here. The building is being completely mismanaged. I feel I have to speak out since I do not feel anyone should have to risk their investment dollars purchasing an apartment here. There have been numerous burst pipes, many many many units have flooded. And to make matters worse, management and the board of the homeowners association completly ignored these issues. In some cases drywall wasn't properly dryed by building maintenance leading to mold issues. As as of today the board decided to simply reduce your water pressure to fix the issue with old pipes, instead of replacing them, you can barely take a shower. The pool will take 2 years to complete at an astronomical cost to owners. the association ignored all attempts to reduce this cost and instead went with a firm which has no experience with pool repair. These are but a few of the many issues you will have to deal with if you ignore this review and decide to purchase here or rent here."

"I've lived in this condo for a year, and I think the management team deserves some recognition. Rudolfo, the valet manager, brightens the day by greeting everyone who enters and leaves the building with genuine courtesy, going above and beyond his valet duties. Martha, the cleaner, ensures the entire building is flawless and is just so sweet. Sony Cruz from maintenance not only does his job done but genuinely cares about the tenants. John, at the receiving, is a game changer—since his hire, all tenants' packages are impeccably organized, a born organizer indeed. I thank the entire Met1 team for having me as a tenant."

"We bought condo in 2018 because Met 1’s location is simply unbeatable, with all the best that Miami has to offer right on our doorstep. From the great restaurants and shopping, to the vibrant nightlife and cultural activities, there is always something to do. In addition to the perfect location, the owners in the building are simply amazing. They are friendly, welcoming, and truly make you feel like part of a community. The management team at Met 1 is also top-notch. They are always responsive to our needs and concerns, and truly go above and beyond to ensure that everything is running smoothly. "Location location location! What it feels like to live in one of the best neighborhoods in the one of the best cities in the world. This is an amazing building to live. The management really cares and up keeps the building. The association has some decisions to make in terms of how to fix the pool situation. But, rest of the amenities are great!"

"This building has a big problem with the people in charge. They hire contractors who charge too much for small jobs (smells like corruption), like the "Pet Spa." The pool has been closed for 5 months and they don't have a plan to open it yet. However, they are very good at managing packages and keeping the building clean. It's too bad they can't fix the pool leak faster. If you want a building with fast and good management, don't move here."
