"When I moved in the complex I thought it was a nice place to live. I am going on living here two years in March and it seems like everything here is getting worse and worse. Last week there was a leak in our condo and we were told that it would be fixed and to vacant the premises for 24 hours. We came back only to find that the toilet hasn't been fully fixed. We called they said they would be back today to fix the toilet and nobody ever showed up. This month because of paying for other accommodations to vacate the premises as told came back the 6th day of the month for a start of eviction process. Mind you we payed for June, July, and August rent all on the same day June 1st. The maintenance staff for the most part cannot understand even a word of English. If you want that island/ Florida laid back living this is definitely not the place to be!"

"RATS I've been dealing with Rats in my apartment for the last 8 weeks. They have sent pest control out, but also told me they are spending too much money on pest control twice a week. The last Pest Control came out on July 13,2018 It is now AUGUST 6, 2018 and NO follow up on dealing with this problem. Its horrible that I have to live with this way. the girls in the office and told me " the rats look cute from far away" Ive been in and out out the doctors office due to the horrible smell of these rats. I'm a very clean person but the property is not. I have been very patient on them resolving this rat problem and nothing has been done. Heath department will be notified."
