"Things started out just fine. Contacted Mike Faulkner in regards to a property in St James City. Brand new build, dream property, the one you work your whole life to finally retire to. After several consultations and viewings, we finally decided to buy. (July 2021) Asked all the right questions about “new construction timelines“ and “supply chain” issues. Was assured by Mike that the build would take 9-13 months and all permits were in hand and the builder was ready to go. Mike stated he’d be there to assist through the project and answer any questions. We closed on the property in Aug 2021.. The 9-13 month time line is now nothing but a pipe dream, and we are probably months away from completion. The retirement dream has turned into a nightmare. Update: 02/21/22 - Mike reached out to us and has engaged in helping with the builder and keeping us updated with the process. Will continue to update review as we move along. Update: 03/01/2023 - Mike must of broke a stick off in someones a$$, cuz now these guys are humming."
