"We have been here one year. I can't say enough about the entire team. The maintenance men always fix things the same day. I've never seen such a group of hard working men. Lisa in the office answers questions promptly. She is very committed to her job. We fell on hard times when I got sick. Coral Palms saved my life. I pray they continue to take section 8. We are so lucky to live in such a beautiful well maintained community."

"Horrible, Overall. Extreme Damage To the apartment, and a lot of COCKROACHES, and bed bugs. Only good thing about this community is the pool, litteraly. Don’t be surprised if a cockaroch climbs up your leg while you are sleeping. H O R R I B L E"

"Why does noone call the health department? I am moving there in May and will not be tolerating any more roaches. They are easily eraticated with borax and Suger water. Spray it at all cracks and entrances and they WILL all dehydrate each other. Come on people, stop whining and stop the laziness!!"

"These are the worst apartment anyone would want to rent at. Staffs there get away with a lot there. Renters are not allowed to have grills yet there staffs every weekend have 15-20 ppl outside there apartments grilling and drinking. Its been almost a year since the hurricane and one of my bedroom ceiling is about to calapse. Been living here almost 2 years and my A/C wasnt working propertly i complained about it and told them if they didnt do anything about it i was getting a lawyer since then they gave me a hard time on a weekly basis... I contacted the main ppl and it was worthless... In conclusion Coral Palms are some worthless apartments in Naples wouldnt recommend to anyone what so ever...."
