Audubon Cove

"I recently moved into Audubon Cove. I have enjoyed the view from my lanai and the peace and quiet. I have appreciates management bringing to the attention of all residents when there is noise, speeding cars, etc. I have had some issues in the apartment that needed addressing. Nothing major. I asked for a meeting. The assistant property manager was very attentive and responsive to my issues. The maintenance man who responded to my requests was polite and did the fixes that could be fixed that same day. One issue is outstanding but we are waiting for the part and doesn’t effect my day to day living. I had the meeting and that same day they responded. I was impressed with the politeness, timeliness and professionalism. Way to go everyone."

"We used to live here acouple years ago and it was great- the maintenance was always good about getting repairs done, the mangement was great. We moved to Tampa for a year and decided to came back to fort myers and stay at Audubon cove again- the rent was even more than before but nothing had changed. The apartments are still outdated, the pools need to be remodeled as the only nice one is the main office one. Kids play around in the fitness area and the guy at the desk that I think took Keith spot does not know a single thing!! Overall okay place to stay just make sure you are getting your moneys worth."

"Just moved in a week ago and found the apartment to be in great condition other than a few maintenence issues that were quickly resolved by Bruce. Melissa and Andrew in the leasing office have been very friendly, kind and helpful during our move in process and in answering any questions. The complex also seems to be well kept, and it's been pretty quiet and peaceful so far. Really happy with our decision to move here!"

"moved here July 2023 and enjoying it so far. The units are older so there's wear and tear and I had some maintenance items to address the first few months, but once dealt with it was fine. The view from my patio is beautiful and I've not had any issues with neighbors. +beautiful view, convenient location, calm neighborhood, quiet, staff is quick to respond -raccoons make mess of dumpster area every night, old units so have issues with some appliances, have to rent your own laundry units, for 2 bedroom maintenance has to come in to replace air filter because of where it's located you can't do it yourself"

"The rent is too expensive for the quality of the apartments and the staff. Lived there for about a year, there was mold and maintenance simply painted over it; they were also late to clean it as it was growing out of and on one of the air vents. Maintenance swore that the A/C wasn't broken and instead claimed that it was because of the weather (this wasn't my first year in Florida, I know when the A/C isn't running correctly). The leasing office also claimed that anyone who parked on the curb would be towed, this never happened and often I was almost blocked in when I had to leave for work. There will always be pests, granted I lived on a first floor apartment so that is understandable to an extent, but it was constant and too much considering there was "pest control"."
