"I live at 10X Addison Place and I have nothing but great things to say about the staff. The leasing associate, Anna Marks is always extremely helpful and friendly. I needed some maintenance on some appliances. It was done the next day! I am very happy living there and would recommend it as a beautiful and friendly place to live!"

"I lived here for 2 years. I didn’t have any special complaints, everything was beautiful and new, but every month I had a problem with the air conditioner, it didn’t cool, as the worker told me, freon leaked out and instead of fixing the problem, they simply topped it up every month and this was repeated every month. After the first year, the price was raised by as much as 600 dollars, wow!!!!, but at least for the sake of that kind of money they could have freshened up the apartment a little, painted it... but no, they raised it for no reason and that’s it. After the end of the lease agreement, the security deposit was not returned and was not explained for what reason!!! Explain, please !!!!! Unit 302"

"Awesome experience finding ourselves at home at Addison place, the staff is always super friendly and accommodating to answer our questions or fix any maintenance issues that arise in a timely matter. We love the amenities including using a gym worth working out in and unwinding by the pool to relax on weekends. We find the community is very friendly inviting and safe and great location."

"Stay away dont waste your money! This place has gone to hell in 2 short years! Dead animals laying in the parkinglot attracting flies and turkey vulters. dogs shtting in the hallways (today outside and INSIDE the elevator) landscaping used to be beautiful but now just looks trashy. Germy, nasty broken and flat tires on the push carts. Broken pool filter. They occasionally mop the entry halls but all they do is spread the dirt and germs around as the maintenance guy uses the same bucket of water for the entire hallway!!! The stairs are moldy and dirty, dirty and moldy roof tiles... and some of the rudest staff running this place. Typical high rent and decreaed service! Absolutely disgusting"

"We are so pleased with the experience we have had so far! We were looking for a safe and clean community and we found that in Addison. We worked with Kelsey and she has such a calm way of answering all of our questions and helping us through the process, this assured us we are making the best decision with choosing Addison. I love how quiet and serene the community is. The grounds are kept very clean and beautiful. We looked at many options in the area but came back to Addison Place. This is truly a luxury community with a family feel. All the staff treats everyone so well! We are so happy to be a part of the Addison Place Naples Community."
