Mark Lane Apartments

"4 days with no trash pickup. Recycling picked up once, but trash bins overflowing for days in the trash rooms. No excuse for a "luxury" apartment building to charge this much for rent and cant get trash picked up. The outside grounds are nice but c'mon. Post a job opening if you need people. I've been taking photos of the bins every day. I'll take the job if I can get a discount on my rent!"

"I have lived here for 4 months. It is a lovely community. Friendly, clean, nonsmoking, and full of awesome people. The grounds and amenities- coupled with the events, activities and rewards make it even better. They must be good to the staff because there is zero turnover (seriously, they are all great)!"

"When my roommate and I toured the place we really thought it was going to be an stress-free environment. I’m a medical student, so a stressful environment is what I crave. This place has been nothing but stressful. I feel like just because we are young we were definitely taken advantage of , the management specifically, Michelle has been nothing but ruthless towards us. Haven’t been helpful for anything. We’ve been here for 8 to 9 months and we’ve experience appliances issues, a weird water smell under my sink, also, we had a really bad ant issue. It’s truly embarrassing to have guest come over and See that we spending this much on a rental and yet we have so many problems we’ve never had before and other places . Which is just 3 weeks ago finally getting fixed btw . I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone wasting a single dime living here. We have expressed our concerns, and even asked to speak to someone in a higher power to maybe have some of these issues resolved so maybe in the future, we might even consider resigning to stay, but we were denied that as well. If I could rate zero stars, I definitely would. It’s definitely a shame because it is a beautiful property but if you’re not fighting for your residents to stay or to be happy then what is the point."

"I moved here in March and l am delighted. Very quiet community, clean, lots of green all around. Maintenance is excellent. Nice apartment, everything new. Eileen and Margie are wonderful to deal with, always with a smile."

"I moved to Mark Lane at the end of March 2023. I must say it is a spectacular place! The common areas and the attention of the management team are excellent. Eileen gives you special attention from the first day you visit the site; she and her team are very attentive to your needs and help you throughout the process (in addition they also keep in touch by providing essential information). About the apartments, they are the best layout I have seen. My apartment feels like a house because it is spacious, I was looking for a place that felt open, and I got it in Mark Lane, plus it has a mini yard which is perfect for having an area to spend a morning with a good coffee or an evening with a good wine. I would recommend this place because it has it all!"
