"I have just moved into the Ashlar with my girlfriend.. Odalis was the one who helped us and she did an amazing job. From answering all our questions and if she didn’t know the answer she wouldn’t hesitate to ask someone who did. She took us on a lovely tour. It was a good experience"

"Nice quiet and pretty community with clean but dated facilities and a less than stellar staff. Maintenance is quick to respond but lazy in their approach. Quick fixes are the norm and repeat visits will be required. The girls in the office are less than helpful and are only quick to respond when issuing a trash violation or some other complaint. The gym has been closed for 8 months for a 4 week renovation. It’s a place to live, but it’s over priced and the service is lacking."

"Moved from out of state and my apartment hunt was one of the easier parts once I got to the Ashlar for my viewing. It met all of my needs and is a beautiful property. Very wooded and well maintained. Lindsey was AMAZING. Very helpful and never bothered by my million questions. Very happy I chose this community. Location is great. Tons of shops around."

"I have had a wonderful experience at Ashlar. From the beginning, Lindsey the leasing consultant was very nice and approachable. She took her time to show me all the apartments I was interested in and helped me find my perfect home with out pressuring me or making me feel like I was being “sold to”. She was very knowledgeable with any question I asked and extremely accommodating when I requested to come take measurements after signing a lease but before my move in date. Ashlar apartments has recently remodelled their apartments and they are very nice. They have great security with their front gates, keypad door entry, and “smart home” app. I’ve only needed to call maintenance once and they came within a hour. I have had a wonderful experience!"

She is very quick at responding to any questions you may have about the entire process and helped us solidify our decision after such a great tour of the apartments! Maintenance is also very quick at resolving issues when they arise, so that is a plus!"
