"This apartment complex is completely disgusting. I can’t believe the amount of rent they charge for this dump. I feel sorry for anyone living here , especially the kids. Just appalling. Someone needs to inspect this place. I’m sure it would have thousands of violations and mold issues."

"This place is trash. The office called me and my mother a racist because my mom mention that that maintenance man should learn how to speak English because this is a English speaking country.. the man spoke to my mom in Spanish ! She wasn’t mad but she had a right to because she technically didn’t know what he even said to her! and they got upset and felt like we shouldn’t say that and 2 black woman are now racist for speaking the truth. Yes I did get loud but they called us a racist and that the property manager is very disrespectful and rude but she expects others to tolerate her nonsense ! She’s a liar and she lied on me and my mom and supported the maintenance man lies. I feel they did this to me because they are low key prejudice but wanted to flip it on me and my mom for speaking the truth! She even put a 7 day notice on my door and emailed my case manager lies about disrespecting a staff when they disrespected me and my face and my mother and my home by trying to kick us out and by calling us a racist. My mom is visiting btw. The property manager said it’s my mom fault instead of her taking accountability for not taking proper action! She also called the cops on me so we called back on her for slander ! Period. I’m working on moving out of here asap! Oh yea my apt is still roach infested and they take months to fix minor problems and they only want to move in people who they like.. they are biased . I feel the property manger been wanted me and my children gone because she held a grudge against me for telling her about herself before. There’s mold here! They can’t inspect mold if they aren’t going to look properly and the ac temperature does nothing. Black mold should not be growing in our clothes!"

"I not a Lago del sol resident but I have family members that live there. I was impressed when I visited today. WOW! What a difference! I can honestly say this place has improved tremendously, they have done an amazing job. Please continue doing what you are doing. It’s a pleasure to visit my family and not see piles of garbage, the apartments look beautiful and the complex in general looks a million times better, there still room for improvement but little by little it can be done. Thanks to whoever is behind this change, we need more people like you."

"ONE BIG TRASH BIN!!!! I can't believe how TRASHY this place looks!!! The pricing for these apartments is RIDICULOUS for living in the slum!!! There's abandoned apartments with ROACHES, ANTS, & RATS all over the place & they start going into my family's home & other apartments as well. There's BLACK MOLD throughout the buildings which is a HEALTH HAZARD!!! People throwing their trash & furniture in the lake which is TERRIBLE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT. There's a fishing pier but it's closed off due to rotten wood which is dangerous, rebuild it or dont advertise it. The neighborhood kids around here are DESTROYING the abandoned apartments, putting holes in the walls, leaving faucets running to flood the apartments, breaking windows, & the front office is doing NOTHING about it!!! Laundry rooms are getting trashed. Pool hasn't been open in over a year. The playground has BROKEN plastic play stuff which can hurt the kids, & there's BLACK MOLD all over the playground (ANOTHER HEALTH HAZARD). Some of the Splash Pad water pipes are broken. The fence around the Splash Pad is broken & has sharp ends on it which can give someone tetanus, & the neighborhood kids take the fence pipes out to play with & hit each other with the pipes. The grills & picnic tables were DESTROYED. It would've been nice to have a cookout, do some fishing w my Goodson's, & have some outside family time. Cars are getting broken into. Some of the parking lot lights haven't been fixed. Yes it's been reported many many times not only to the office, but to FPL & code enforcement as well & STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I fear for my family's safety here. I've also noticed DRUG DEALS, JUNKIES, & Drug PARAFANAILIA around here because it's not a gated community anymore & they just let ANYONE move in here. I ONLY COME TO VIST & THIS IS EVERYTHING I HAVE NOTICED w/in 1 week of being here."
